example
1.one backlink from one high PR site ex: (social bookmarking)
2.100 backlinks from one high PR site ex: (forums posting)

this both are link juice are equal ?

both forum and social bookmarking links are of low quality. Further forum links are better than that of social bookmarking.

I can't say i agree- Sometimes a link from related niche forum can be stronger than link from other website even though its a forum.
