Tips for finding niche keywords and exact match domains!

Here is a way that I use to find decent niche keywords and exact match domains.
This site DomainsNext.com -* Expired Domains deleted domains, domain Lists gives you an alphabetical list of expired domains separated by letter. This is a great place to not only find great domains but great keywords to do research on.

I like to scroll down through the list of expired domains until I see a niche that catches my eye. I will take the domain name and split it into keywords and then plug it into market samurai or the google keyword tool. This will usually bring back something that I can use for a new site or articles. If it doesnt bring back anything worthwile, I will just dig deeper into the results.

A note of caution: If you are going to register one of the expired domains make sure you research it first. Domains are dropped for many different reasons. Sometimes the person didnt have time to develop it or sometimes it gets blacklisted in google for using underhanded techniques.

Even if he gave you some you probably would not know what to do with it. If you can't learn the way to research a domain/niche how will you learn what to do after?

Good idea,Another good idea to paste those keywords in google to findout anything related available and its traffic.

I just released a WSO with a much smaller list of domains but without the crap to have to look through like on that site and with the keyword data already run. Seriously, you'd really want to look through over 300,000 awful domains? As someone who researches domains on a daily basis, I can tell you you'd be throwing your time away.

yeah that sounds like a lot of work. You can alternately use Micro Niche Finder to do the same thing only much faster. After you find some possible keywords you want to rank for...then copy and paste them all into godaddy's bulk domain finder and then search for available domains that way. Much faster.
