Commercial Intention Tool - Identifying Money Keywords

Hi folks,
Since the adlab site has crashed for this, I'm struggling to find anything to replace it.

Does anyone know another site/tool that will provide this info.
At the moment I'm trying to use "common sense" and I've applied a little formula which involves the Adwords CPC for that keyword by the amount of exact monthly searches. This however isn't an exact science.
