Default If you had a VA link builder... what would you do ?

Hi there. i need help and im ready to pay someone to help me.

I own a few sites which i think are done quite nicely, the trarffic is converting into sales, but i never got into serious SEO, so i dont got lots of traffic.

For that matter, i recently Employed a 2 full time Philippino VA's .

One of them is quite smart and experienced, but im not sure about the nest way to use her skills. l want to give her a plan to follow.

I own lots of tools like senuke, scrapbox,AMR,BMD,TBS. i have the budget to buy others if needed.
I could do articels, web2.0,profiles,coments,bookmarks, forum posts, drectory submission, PR's, linkwheel etc.. With so many options.. how do i choose ?
I want of course to use as many types of links. and also maybe to combine them togather.. or what ever. which ever way that would work best!

But there are so many ways to do it that im lost! i need to give her a weekly plan.

If there is someone with experience that had success, im ready to pay you to design a plan for me to give my VA to follow.

I would say you sit down, figure out a few linking schedules for your sites. I have 12-15 different linking schedules which I planned out for my different sites. Like for example I would have one for "Low Competition Adsense Site" "Medium Competition ClickBank Site", and more, specialized for what type of site and competition I am up against.

The first 4-5 weeks of my adsense sites go something like this.
Week 1 - Social Bookmarking and Profiles
Week 2 - Profiles or Web 2.0 Pyramid
Week 3 - Article Submissions and/or Blog Comments
Week 4 - Article Submissions and/or Blog Comments
Week 5 - Profile links

Then slowly wean off with Profile links once the site is ranked.
