Exact Name Dot Com Domains with $10+ CPC worth much?

Hi,

Are exact dot com domain names (longtail with 3 or more words) with a CPC of $10 or more in a niche that is fairly or moderately easy to rank worth much? The first page competition don't seem to have good onpage SEO as well (no title, h1, keyword in url etc), but they do have PR5+ pages for the most part.

I am not a big fan of SEO, so instead of doing a site on it, I am thinking of just putting these domain names out for sale/auction.

Yes, if it has traffic and revenue.

Other than that it is the buyer that
determines the price.

There will always be someone out there who would be willing to pay more than what you expect. It might be worth a $100 to you but might be worth $500 to somebody else.

sounds like an awesome deal. especially if it can get significant exact searches (or a decent CTR)
