Problem in description of my website.

Hi, I want to get some information on the basis of duplicate data content,
I have two websites, and both got same description, will it be a problem for google? or any effect over SERP?

Please help me out!!

Of course its better and suggested that you have unique content on your sites. Its not good at all that you copy the content of one of your sites to another one. It can hurts the ranking of both of them. I suggest you to change the content of one of them.
But if you mean meta description, its no problem. Having the same meta description on two sites doesn't hurt your ranking . However its still better to have all things unique.

why not just change the description. It shouldn't be a big deal, just rewrite it.

It really is not ideal to have the same Meta Description for two different sites. Nevertheless, given that it constitutes an insignificant percentage of the entire site's content, as long as the remaining site content is not the same with that on another site, it cannot be considered duplicate content.

But the meta description is not voluminous, why not change it?

Yes, absolutely right! It is not that hard to make some little changes to the description it is only 2 to 3 sentences.
