Sick of hubpages... I had 3 accounts with over 100 hubs and now they drop me to a nofollow links and gave me a nice Sorry, because of rule violations associated with your account or ip address, permission to publish new hubs has been revoked. You can still edit your existing hubs and save your changes to this hub by clicking the done editing button. Your right to publish may automatically be restored through time and adherence to the HubPages rules. Fixing or deleting existing flagged hubs may also help. any alternative to hubpages? ![]() |

That's when I just cut my losses and left. I'm not sure what exactly they think being THAT touchy about content will get them, but it sure isn't a nice-cosy place on the REGULAR internet ecology. Almost without exception, content is either going to be EITHER not unique OR written with economic gain in mind. Especially on a web-article directory. gg Hubpages imo. | |

I had a hub about Historical Fiction that wasn't any thing to do with marketing, just about one of my interests closed down yesterday... Luckily my how to get rid of ass warts hub is still going strong (JOKE!!!) Not even going to bother to go there again... they can stick their stoopid site up where the ass warts live |

Bah, that nofollow thing is so lame on Hubpages. The forums are full of people having these fake heated debates about NOTHING, just to get their hubrank up. It's really cringeworthy. I did hear they were not very keen on people backlinking their hubs with dodgy stuff like forum profiles and blog comment spam, but I have to admit to using Hubpages as 'buffers' for my money sites. Might have to rethink that... |

I am also using hubpages , but didn't get the problem like you, it is really bad.You can try squiddoo and weebly and infobarrel. ezinearticles are also best to get traffic from. And why don't you use blogs and maintain the blogs and post those articles on your blog it will be better and promote your blog as well. Slowly slowly it will also become high pr blog site. Then you will have the benefits also. |

Are you placing content on Hubpages along with your own site? If you don't have a site of your own, why not use your most profitable hub and create a site on your own domain. This way you are building up your own property and not someone else'. |
