|  google isn't indexing my SMF site
Are any of you having issues with google finding the posts on your forums? I am using SMF (simple machines forum) on two sites and one isn't being indexed by google. Have any of you having this issue with your forums and how did you over come this? btw, my site is atlantainvesting . net |

I would continue to build backlinks, and see if the site gets indexed. Sometimes sites can take a lot longer getting indexed. If the site does not get indexed, just continue to market, because traffic does not only come from Google  |

I would recommend stumbling and digging your site and then it should not take that long before it is indexed in Google and then a little longer before it is indexed in the other search engines.

what kind of URLs you've got? dynamic or static redirect? dynamic typically takes longer to get indexed and statics are faster you can try adding a link in this forum signature where most of my links added in my signature got 24 hours indexed. very fast indeed. |

I was looking for Andey's suggestions. I think google will show your forum post when the site has good rank of itself. Though spider will get them but google wont show.

Have recently fiddled with any session ID settings? Also, have you changed to friendly-URL's recently? 1) Could be any of the above so let me know, including your version. 2) You could be sand-boxed. (added many pages to fast or using duplicate content). Also I don't recommend installing a site-map. If you want Google to find a page simply put a keyword rich hyperlink on a related place where the Google spiders are known to hang out Louis |
