Default Market Samurai PBR Question - Scratching My Head...

Hey Warriors,

I have a Market Samurai PBR question that I would greatly appreciate some insight on from Warriors who are really familiar with the program.

I found a broad match long tail keyword (5 words) which receives over 50,000 monthly searches, but has really low 2% PBR. The 5 word long tail phrase makes great sense that someone would search for, and is already 5 words long, so it sounds like it would be the correct word to receive the broad searches that Market Samurai is reporting.

Since the keyword has low PBR I went and did a premutation expansion of the keyword, and also had Market Samurai generate additional keywords that are even longer long tail keywords (6+ words) to discover the rest of the hidden phrases that I'm missing to make a more complete keyword with a valid PBR.

The premutations don't show any higher PBR or searches - in fact the searches are almost zero for all of them, and they all have a 0% PBR except for my core word that I used to generate the other premutations.

The extended keyword list with 6+ words in the keyword has uncovered two of them which have 3,000+ seraches per month with PBR 28, and thats it...

So I'm trying to figure out where all of the other hidden searches are hidden, but can't figure it out. This makes me wonder if the PBR qualificaiton is accurate, or if there is something else I still need to do since the keyword in question for this post is already 5 words long, makes good sense, has a lot of traffic reported, and since I'm unable to uncover longer tail keywords that are absorbing the rest of the traffic.

I realize that it will still probably take a year of an aggressive SEO campaign to rank for the keyword for broad phrases, but obviously don't want to waste my time if the PBR issue is accurate and this keyword is a false illusion of traffic that can be attained.

Would greatly appreciate your thoughts SEO experts.

Thanks!

I am no expert, so take what i say with a grain of salt.

Lately i am having serious issues with MS.

Any software that has my site ranking at #5 in the ranking module and shows my site in the seo competition module at #12 has some serious issues.
