I have seen forex ads bids with high PPC. I have hosted a site related forex money and i could earn good money from adsense.I used to recieve a google check once in every two months.

Asked myself this very question a few weeks ago. The result? Imagine any offline niche where companies want to get some traffic from online sources, but are totally inept in terms of SEO and all that stuff.

So they need to use their assets (i.e. their money) in order to attract those visitors. The more companies in this niche are, the more they compete and thus the CPC is higher.

This covers anything from furniture to hunting... just imagine a niche which would usually never cross your mind.

Personally experienced Tips:

Never blog on latest technology and gadgets unless you are ready to update your content frequently.

Try to blog on something people will use for future references. More and more traffic = More clicks!

If you looking for great niches, try looking at google directory. There's lots of great niches there that you can dive into. But of course, be sure to select the ones that you have interest in for better content.
