How to Hire an ALREADY TRAINED Filipino Manual Backlinker???

I would like to hire a FULL TIME Already trained Manual Backlinker from the Philippians.

Any ideas...

I know I can hire through onlinejobs.ph which I'm okay with for any of my other tasks...

but for Backlinking...I would Like to hire someone who already is trained...

This is partially due to the fact that...I myself am not an expert at building manual links...never had the patents for it..

I do okay ranking my sites with software (scrapebox, AMR, BMD) but I need the the quality of MANUAL LINKS..

Plus..I have a full time day job (for now)...and I don't have the time...

Any ideas?????

I'm just curious if anyone has done this besides me.

The economy is tough no matter where you live, we all know that. This summer it is going to get even tougher for a certain group. The high schooler and the college student. Most of the time these bright kids find summer jobs but, for a lot more of them it's just not going to happen.

I hired a high school kid to do manuel conversation linking with certain autority sites that matched my niche. I was surprized at how much they already knew and how proficent they are. Adding facebook and twitter into the mix was still no match for them.

I furnished the social sites that I wanted them to keep up with and interact with. They made the relationship with the sites.

Here's the extra flavoring I found in the pudding. They spread the word around like wildfire among everybody else that they knew, and I suspect didn't know, about what they were doing and the site they were working on. (how in the hell can anybody know that many ppl) My site went almost viral for about three days and since I had some CPM on the site, I banked.

So, have you thought about hiring within your local area?

Debra, that's a really fine idea. While you will of course spend a bit more I think you are right that they will have a far greater understanding on what really needs to be done.

High schoolers are great, but for most of us there is a university near by so posting in CL might find you a good person. Or go to the schools CS department (high school or college) and see of anyone is looking for some side work.

Try Freelancer sites that is a good option but dont forget have an option to hire people from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. They also work for you with good rate and excellent job done.
