What is the Competition meant on adwords keywords tools.

I'm kinda confuse of using adwords keyword tool.

So I'll need a little guide from you guys, what actually competitor meant in adwords keyword tool some says competitor mean there's lots of displayed for this keywords or, some says this keyword is good for ranking.

Advise!!

It doesn't mean competition in terms of SEO and ranking in Google. Remember it's an adwords tool, it means the amount of advertisers targeting that keyword in Adwords.

Many people asked this question to me and the simple answer is that the competition bar is not for how much competition you have it is used for how many advertiser are willing to show ads for that particular keyword....so to check manually about competition use the tool bar from SEOBOOK.com...this toolbar gives some good information about your competition....so cheers...I hope that helps

the competition means that that particular key has lots of advertisers it does not mean the keyword itself has a lot of competition. so it is a good sign when you see strong competition using the adorwd tool on any keyword. that shows that people are biding for that particular key word.

Type for example: make money online and check each search result page, after you will find 0 ads you can know about how tight is your competition.
