Creating a custom PPC system for a site?

I have a couple of large sites that rank #1 for quite a few strong keywords, getting anywhere between 1000 and 5000 visitors per day.

The visitors are conducive to high conversion, as the sites are very commercial in nature (see Rusbiz | Global E-commerce Network | Web Store & Buy/Sell Solutions.).

Quite a few people have approached me for advertising on these sites.
I'm looking to set up a custom ad system through which I can facilitate my advertisers with statistics and whatnot.

My sites do not use a CMS platform (or a CMS at all for that matter, we edit the PHP directly)

Can anyone suggest any software (or general course of action) that might help me?

If you want to sell text links ads then consider using a service like http://www.textlinkbrokers.com

Thanks. I'm looking for both text and image ads ideally? (no flash though).
Site is PHP by the way.

Dude, no doubt everybody want to make money fast and in an easy way. But it is recommended that try to avoid from auto software, it may decrease the quality and rank of your sites.
