Which domain is best for SEO purpose?
Hy, all SEO gurus. I need to know something about domain for seo purpose.

I need to inform all of you that my targeted visitor is only search engine traffic. No need to build brand.

Now my question is which domain is better for SEO purpose.

• My-keyword-domain.com
• Mykeywordhq.com
• Mykeyword.biz
• Mykeyword.in
• mykeyword.co.uk

Domain is not depended on the extension of the domain - you can choose any extension - it would have no effect on the seo - as seo is something related to your content and not the domain extension.

But i do recommend using the keyword in your domain.

If you are going to launch an international web branding issue, which apparently is currently the primary choice for you, go with either the first or second options because .com addresses serve better in terms of promoting websites globally while the other names can be great to target local markets. Naturally, if you manage to register a new name without using dashes or hyphens that would be better too.

It is also beneficial when it comes to establishing some commercial brands or trademarks online, trying to make it an international success and such names would be easier to remember among visitors of your website too. Sometimes if all of your favorite names are already registered, perhaps the option left would be checking out some domains auctions and deciding to purchase the established ones.

Sorry, that's partially incorrect.

• .com, .net and .org are the top domains, slowly followed by .co
• for example, .info domains are (or were, I'm not sure) under a heavy ranking penalty because of some spamming issues

As for the question - I'd go for variations THEmykeyword.com/net/org, mykeywordBLOG.com/net/org...

Edit: some links supporting the hassle around the .info TLD (granted, some are quite old, but suggest there has been a hassle once):

I would choose Mykeyword.biz its better than Mykeyword1.com
I'm currently position one for a competive keyword with .me domain

mykeyword.co.uk is the best then other because it contain your keyword directly, But i know co.uk domain minor costly then other but it is very Good then other

From personal experience, I have harder problems ranking .info domains
