what is benefit from Nofollow links ?

traffic, brand awareness, natural looking link building (not everyone is going to link to you as dofollow and Google seems to know this)

Though you may not get PR link juice from a nofollow, I believe they do matter and are counted towards authority. Why else would Google list hem as backlinks to you? At least they show for me in G Webmaster tools.

In Google eyes it considered as backlinks but do follow matters most. I would suggest a well balance of these quality links.

Nobody knows exactly how Google rates backlinks other than Google themselves,you need to have a mix of dofollow and nofollow otherwise it doesn't look natural and Google can clearly see that if you have all dofollow links to your site then they know that you are manipulating their system and your site will tank,always keep it natural with a mix of dofollow and nofollow from multiple sources.

No follow are just counted by google and there is no worth of such links in your boost of page rank while do-follow are not only counted by google rather they are the main source of your ranking in google..

To make your link building natural, you must have balance mix of nofollow links as well. It definitely adds to overall authenticity of your backlinks.

Its good to keep around 25% of your links nofollow to keep a natural look, but if they are not providing you traffic, it won't give you much benefit in terms of traffic or SEO.

Ideally you want follow links obviously, but from what I have experienced no follow still carries some juice, particularly if it is from a high PR page. I'm definitely not an expert on this though, just my thoughts. Also getting a mixture of follow and no follow looks a lot more natural to google. My attitude is just get what you can. Maybe it's wrong, but it seems to work ok so I'm happy for now.

no follow tag are simple used to ask the big G not go through certain pages, for instance, Privacy, TOS, Disclaimer, in more simplifying wordings, pages that arent important for the big G spider...

Both "nofollow" and "dofollow" links are counted by Google. It is your link structure that is observed by Google and your site is ranked according to the quality and quantity of your backlinks.

I do not think google will not count non-follow,it just give a lower weight to non-follow.
