this is not good... yes you should select title according to the page theme .. if the page is regarding health products then select title according to that..

That is actually pretty interesting, never heard of it but I think rotating page titles to rank for multiple and different keywords is actually a good idea, I'm not sure you will get indexed with both at the same though..
