you can use Google adwards keyword tools for keyword selection , With this tool you can watch the competition of any keyword and can select keyword according to your domain and theme.

About keywords research, how to find those business words? I mean those keywords with high commercial needs or high converting rate. Many newbies start with a keyword they thought would make some cash for them, but turned out either the converting rate is so low or the PPC price is so low, they failed there.
