Looking for Domain Level SEO Management Software (No Spreadsheets)

Hi, people,

I am still looking for a software that will help me manage SEO on multiple domains. Perhaps I did not pose my question well in my first request for help here.

I want to get rid of spreadsheets. For many they are the most convenient, however when it comes to managing 100s of domains... and then following up to see if changes have actually been completed on the domains... it's a mess and very time consuming.

Please do not suggest alternative solutions like spreadsheets, Google Webmaster tools or Xianu, or applications that only show you what the current domain content is.

This software either exists... or it does not.

Many thanks!

Nice but not quite.... Thanks.

Its like this...

I have over 100 clients at any point in time. I work on the Titles and Descriptions and text for their domains.

I need to optimize and update Titles ( on a spreadsheet currently ) and then give a list of changes over to whoever codes the website.

When they report the changes have been made... I need to verify that the titles and descriptions have been updated to exactly what I specified... I mean exactly... and right now that means looking at the titles word for word which is just plain absurd.

I need to be able to confidently report back to my clients that the domains have been updated accurately and right now it's just too time consuming. Even if I was only managing a few domains... time is better spent on SEO Campaign planning ... not checking titles for accuracy.

Sounds like you need something coded specifically for your application, to be honest. Doesn't sound like it would be hard to make either. Post up that exact requirement onto elance or some other software project clearing house and see what you get for bids.

Programmatically, it's not terribly difficult to do what you're suggesting

Says the condescending Form Whore whose ego is boosted by his post count. It's not my fault you cannot write a coherent post. What... you think because you have a high post count you are above me in some way? That is clearly how you think about it... or you would not have mentioned it. It's quite pathetic.

your first five lines are absolute spam and have absolutely no relevance to what I posted:

Last Pass for Firefox ? - what the hell does this mean?
Logs all my CPanel Logins - what do CPanel Loggins have to do with domain management or SEO?
Logs all my WP Install Logins - what do Word Press install logins have to do with SEO?
Logs all my google GMail Logins - what do Gmail logins have to do withwith SEO?
Logs all my web 2.0 sites logins - what do logins of any type have to do with SEO management software??

if you're going to spam.... At least be good at it...

next time just shut your mouth.

Have you considered using spreadsheets! lol

If you don't want people's advice then don't ask. Take your lousy attitude to some other forum. You have 100's of domains and you can't even figure out how to manage them? Maybe you should have given that some thought before getting started.

I actually use a really good domain management program, logs all of your domain data, reports and even has a built-in calendar so that you can schedule future projects that need to be completed. But I think I will pass on sharing it here, as you are obviously too tied up in all of your successes to take any help from us "small people".

Good luck. lol

I don't have the wrong attitude... look at what he posted

Tell me that's not SPAM?

Oh, my mistake... it's just another forum full of people spamming their products.

Actually I thought it was a rather helpful answer. He was suggesting Last Pass for Firefox, which is a Firefox addon that manages your website logins, very helpful I might add, I use it myself.

I don't know 4morereferrals personally, but I have seen him around and he is usually pretty helpful where he can be, he also seems to have a good bit of knowledge in IM, and anytime someone wants to offer advice, maybe you should take it, or at least listen to it without starting an argument.

Either way, I am done posting in this thread, but my last bit of advice would be to listen to what others are saying rather than jumping to conclusions. Some people really do just want to help, and not everyone on the forum is a sig spammer.
