I would say its fairly accurate. One issue I have is the internal linking anchor text is probably not the most important. I mean if you already have the keywords in your URL structure and your website's actual content is optimized around your keywords, I think this is more important.

However these are all good and important factors to bear in mind.

Those all are important. But no one can assign a value to each factor.That only G knows. Don't bother much about the value assigned to each, just ensure that all those factors are covered in your content - and you'll do good.

Those are roughly what % i believe are correct based on my research.

The experts in the Linkedin seo groups are discussing the most important factor with links and they believe anchor text is as it shows what the linked content is about and increases navigation seo.

The secret is to link highly related content internally so you cover all bases and all variations of keywords

So do you think H2 tags are more important than H1 tags? If I read your post correctly I think that's what you are saying. Any reason for that?
