Never seen this before- check what happened to my rankings!!

I'm trying to rank for a fairly competitive keyword and I just bought AMR (Article Marketing Robot)

Anyway, my EMD website was sitting at #3 on the first page, and I was trying to boost the rankings of my site.

I created an article and I think I successfully submitted it to about 815 article directories.

An hour later I go look for rankings, and my EMD is on the 2nd page at the bottom!!! More astonishing yet, My article takes the #3,4,5,7 spot on the first page and all 9 other spots on the second page!!

What the hell happened, haha I was hoping to rank my website better, not outrank my website with this article!!

Yup, that what happens, but the articles will slowly drop as Google notices the links pointing to your website.

Well atleast I know my article was properly SEO'd, hopefully it helps me in the long run.

It will, run a livelinks report and then grab all the live URLs. Then go ahead and do a ping in a few days to help with indexing.

OMG...this is purely over optimization n u expect that google will appreciate it...

Watch your rankings closely. If any of the article directories outrank you in the long run, delete them.

Priority one is always steering people to YOUR site and YOUR site only...where you have full control over monetization.
