I have a domain that's xxxxxxxreview.org, it's a large popular company. The domain is about 2months old and when I registered it I was unaware of the violation until now. I wanted to see what would be the right course of action, I am planning to send an email about the issue and ask for permission to maintain the site under their rules etc.., but also willing to surrender it and transfer to a new domain under their request. The site receive good traffic for their new product (ranked top 5 for many keywords and even under the company website) that is yet to release and it's all free promotion. |

I'd hold on to it until they ask for control through the proper channels (c&d etc).
