Default I own two related sites, where should I put links?

I own two related websites, one is hosted by my web team and one is a wordpress site. The wordpress site has pages that are Page Rank 4 and I want to link from these pages to my main site. My questions are

Should I just have one link per page?
Does it matter if its an anchor or raw url link?
Does it matter where on the page the link is?

Any help would be great.

Best Regards

Ryan

Link from the highest ranking page. Probably the home page.

Anchor text is better than raw URL's.

Anchor text with the desired keyword. You can add an in-text link on your pages with the highest PR to help the other site rank. You could also do a sitewide link in the sidebar to get a bunch of backlinks (although google gives more weight to in-text links then navigational / blogroll links)

Put the link in your website's footer so it appears on every single page so you get the most link juice.

Then put a caption to the left of it saying "Related Sites:" so it doesn't look out of place.

It's up to you if you leave it as a plain link or use anchor text, obviously it's much better to use anchor text but each to their own.
