Micro Niche Finder Issues - Anyone Else Having a tough time using it ?

I notice that every few days when I try to use MNF, I see a new update. I install it, and get instant errors like - Screen hangs / MNF does not open/ Unable to do a search. After several emails back and forth with support staff, I manage to find a solution - Then, when they have another update, this whole process has to be repeated. Its a total waste of time.
Is anyone else having issues using MNF coz as per their staff, no one else seems to , which is quite surprising.

MNF sucks. I used it for a while and got constant errors. It was just painful to use. I wrote the author and insisted (nicely) that I wanted a refund and why. To his credit, he was very prompt and issued a refund the same day without any further emails.

I just like them because of their brainstorming module. Wish it was included on other keyword tools as well. Apart from that, there's nothing special about MNF.

Yes I agree, their support is great, though the errors are endless.

I actually took the plunge and bought this yesterday. Haven't really noticed any issues that you all have mentioned thus far. Was able to conduct over 2 hours of intense KW research without any hang-ups.

Which keyword tool are you using instead, now? There seem to be even bigger issues with Market Samurai.

Just good 'ole' Google Keyword tool.

That used with the "right" method is more than enough for your keyword research

The time of mnf is over...it was the best tool when it launched but now it is the worst.

There has been more than the usual amount of updates lately due to the constant changes at Google,Market Samurai is having the same problems too,I have both programs but I use Micro Niche finder more.

The errors will get fixed. They're just having trouble at the moment, all software goes through times like these.

Hi,

With Google making so many changes lately, any tool that is using their data is getting variable run success.

One key that I found is to go into the settings and change the default "Search Engine Courtesy" setting to be more restrictive, strengthen each one until Google complains, and back off enough to not get pauses or lockups. Some can stand nearly full speed, while others will need to be relatively slower.

What I have found is that the frequent updates are based on Google changes, updates are responsive to keep up, each one comes with an explanation of what happened, and the resulting approach is well explained.

Hello.
I also have constant problems with the MNF, but still a great tool to find micro niches. I love it. Using it is very easy to find a good niche.

Try to completely remove the MNF from your computer.
Then open Internet Explorer and clear the entire cache, upgrade to Internet Explorer latest version 9. Delete temporary files from your computer and reinstall the MNF it helped me get rid of many problems.
