How to check a url contains a specific anchor/url

Hi warriors,

Let's say i've posted on massive URLS, is there a easy way to check whether these url contain my anchor or website URL? Any tool?

I believe SEO Elite will track the anchor text links you have placed out there.

you can use the free version of seo spyglass from link-assistant. It will find all the backlinks and show you alot of information include your anchor text.
