Bluesense theme ok or not?

I've read several post about the bluesense theme for WP, and they say different things. One say its ok, the other one points out that you cannot have the theme, anyway.

I have recently started a info webpage and I make a couple of cents each day, the site does not look spammy, but its only info. I've also read the G tos and cant find anything wrong or illegal, I'm just afraid that I will get banned, and we only have one name!

what should I do?

First I don't think Bluesnese help you.
Yes it can help you to get more click but it is ugly so you website will look so spammy. Even if your content are good but no one seems to link to a spammy looking website.

yes, but my site isn't anything that I want link to, its just a bs site that describes the keyword, my goal is to get the clicks?

That theme actually looks spammy, try to make your blog less like a MFA website.

I heard great things about it, from what I read so far, google has not taken action, YET

But I think they will in the future

The BlueSense theme won't get you into trouble; very few themes will. It doesn't violate any TOS; the rest is up to you to make sure you adhere to TOS.

The theme has been around for a long time, and for good reasons. For 'informational' sites, it's one of the best in terms of EPC's and CTR - and after all, isn't that why'd you would build an Adsense site?

I have tested a lot of themes, extensively. BlueSense has been the best performing theme for these types of sites, by a long shot. So much so, we include a modified version of it in our "Adsense $100k Blueprint" course.

I've got a pure css/xhtml version of it available for CE4. I call it "BetterBlue". Its a top seller among my customers who focus on adsense sites.

The best thing about it though, is its designed solely with object oriented css, so its lightning fast and squeaky clean.

I personally have been using the Better Blue Alternative that comes when you purchase Better Blue through clickbump (must have the clickbump engine)

I like the layout. I have one site rocking incredible CTR's with that theme. Although I changed it to green, therefor I guess I can call it "greensense"

my CTR rate for the exact same site went up over 50% when I went from bluesense to Better Blue (green sense) on the clickbump engine.

Where exactly did you "hear" this...sounds like you decided to make a date up off the top of your head to me. No one has said anything, things are fine.

I will say this, the bluesense theme as is WILL get you banned, because it does break the TOS. Some pages have 4 ads. It's an easy fix however.
