Have you ever received the "I can get you on the first page of Google" phone calls?

I wonder how many here have received solicitation phone calls offering to place your site on the first page of Google and how do you respond to these calls?

Do you take them along for a ride by questioning their knowledge? By the time I'm finished with them, they wished they had never called. What do you do?

Never the call, but plenty of snail-mails.

We get calls all the time. We have an offline biz and get calls for that way too much.

Yes, I have gotten these calls. I politely tell them I'm already there. Then they question for what keywords? I don't really like telling that:-)

Yes, I find it hilarious that I own an SEO company and I get mail, calls, and emails trying to sell me SEO services...
