Market Samuri, is it worth the trouble?

I have been using Market Samurai recently to try and do some keyword research. It has been one problem after another. I have a list of 13,116 keywords I am trying to evaluate and it kept locking up. So I split the list into three and ran it. I have had to enter the capture multiple times during a list of keywords. I have tried to run the last third a couple of times with no success. I just loaded it up again after a few hours of doing other things and I get the following message.

WTF. I keep seeing the rave reviews about this software as to how good it is. I don't get it. I have had nothing but trouble with it.

I never had that error before but I really don't use Market Samurai to much lately,I use Micro Niche Finder for my keyword research and there is a setting in there on how many keywords you want pulled from Google,the recommended setting is 200 and they warn you over that amount you could be blocked by Google,maybe that is why you are getting this error,to many search queries to fast.
