Default Google is indexing my unwanted folders of wordpress

When i type site:mydomain.com
All of my links are indexed by google but it is also indexing my all pages in wp-includes folder.
How to remove that.

www.mydomain.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/. ../css/
www.mydomain.com/wp-includes/Text/Diff/Renderer/

Look at the robots.txt file and tell it to disallow those folders.

Use robots.txt to prevent the search engines from indexing them. To remove the URLs which have already been indexed, login to Google Webmasters Tool and you will see an option to remove them.

Yeah, just use robots.txt. That's the easiest way to stop Google from indexing crap.

Just to clear this up mbarty2010 has the right answer.. Once those directories are indexed, disallowing them in robots.txt will NOT get them deindexed.

You have to set up a Google webmaster tools account for that domain. In there is a function to request the removal of the directories you are looking for.

For all future sites, setting up your robots.txt file early on will prevent the bots from crawling those directories and consequently those directories shouldn't get indexed.

You can try contacting Google directly but seriously, the webmaster tools route is by far the simplest, easiest and most effective...
