Hello, When adding unique original content does it have to be on the front page. I want keyword.com keywords use your keywords to GO direct to web pages and files. - to get as high as possible for [keyword] however the only new content is going on the page www.keyword.com/blog/ will this count as new content for the site for [keyword] or does the main page have to be regularly changing too? Thanks! |

Content will only directly help ranking of the page it appears on, but more ranking pages increases authority of site, which will give all pages a boost. If you want front page to rank it needs good relevant content for main keyword and good SEO.

is that 100% Rovi? In another thread I got told that it doesn't matter where the content appears, the website overall is taken into consideration. There are a lot of businesses that don't have updating frontpages because that is their branding e.t.c. What do you think? |
