Hello to all, Today I would like to discuss here about Google +1 button facility recently launched by Google. Experts says the concept behind the +1 button is as same as the "like" button plug in of face book. The main benefit of this +1 button is to enable users to show their appreciation by clicking on this +1 button. Obviously after this facility one would be able to see which websites and friends and other users have recommended and that could also inspire to the others according to which website users choose to visit most often. Any comment regarding this is most welcome. |

I don't think many will use this... unless their friends will know they have did a +1 Because most often people click Like so it appears on their profile (and have some fun lol)... Especially too since it is very boring to search sometimes, I definitely won't click the + one unless my site happens to appear ![]() Karl |

I was playing with this today, I have a few google accounts for various customers, and well, doing the same searches etc, didn't find it useful at all. People Use google as a tool, everything they build are tools, and to be honest, there is nothing social about using tools. If google really wants to compete with facebook/twitter IMO they are going to have to go into a new business model altogether, not try and extend their existing ones. And if you think about it, even if a friend of your's +1'd something, if it was useful, or something you where looking for they would linked it to you (the site - not the good search). Honestly what do you think the chances are you are going to be searching for something a friend has? |

I think, At certain extent you are right, Because Rarely (in fact negligible) someone will go for search on Google for fulfilling their need of social interactions and then what's the matter of comparing this +1 with Like button of face book. | |
