I am using the Keyword Research Module of Market Samurai but it takes forever to load the adwords keyword tool..It is just stuck at Loading Keyword Tool...occasionally it once did generate the keywords but took 45 minutes to do so.. There has been no problem with its working in the past.. Its just 2 days this problem started. Please suggest any other FREE Keyword Research Tool. Thank you! -Anoop |

If you have an adwords or gmail account go to file - settings - accounts and add your adwords account there.

You can send a debug log : "On a PC, you can do this by opening Market Samurai, going to the File menu, then to Settings, then to the tab labelled Debugging and checking the option saying "Log Extended Debugging information". On a Mac, go to the Market Samurai menu, then to Preferences, then into the Debugging tab and enabling "Log Extended Debugging information". Then go back to the debugging menu and the option to upload the file will be available. Click this option, wait for the file to be uploaded, and take down the number shown in the dialog box and let me know what the number is. New version is out today but I get same problem anyway.. |

Having similar problems (and I just started my first challenge...so sad) I just submitted an extended debugging log. btw, hi to all warriors, this is my first post in the forums, very inspired by the activity here |

Download and install Adobe Air 3.0... that fixed it for me, and that's what Support will tell you. DeShon |

I'm having a similar problem with the tool, last couple of days it was unbelievable slow, even with Air 3.0... Anyway, seems a little faster today... Weird.

Here is the thing with Market Samurai If they have an update Dont ignore the update Upload it This usually solves most little problems like this if you ignore the update sometimes the old version stops working |

Make sure you are using the current version of MS and Adobe Air and put in a support ticket or hit them up on Twitter - they are very quick to respond.
