Do Cyrilic URLS have negative impact on seo ?

We have a vbulletin install at discusno.com. The URLs are in Cyrillic , but seems like SEO is low for now , I was wondering if we should consider reengineering ( maybe vbseo ) the URLS to appear in latin letters.

I would recommend it, zorikarineva. I have some experience using Bulgarian Cyrillic and roman letters are definitely the way to go as they are the globally recognised form with attendant SEO benefits.

I thought cyrilic URLs would be good as Google keywords support that... but seo has been bad for this site.
