Tools you need:

Google keyword tool
Traffic Travis
Google

First: go to google and click at the top of google and click on shopping without typing anything in the search function. This will give A list of the most recently searched items for shopping. Ex Camping Laterns

Second: Go to keyword tool. Type camping laterns or whatever keyword you want. Next go Change the search results on the left screen of keyword tool and change board search to exact search. Then Change the on the type right and add CPC. You can sort your list either by the highest CPC or highest Local search. You can also limit your searches to only include search results with CPC and local searches of a certain amount.

Third: find a keyword that you want to look more into. (NOTE: you want a keyword with at least 1000 exact local searches and at least CPC of 1.00. ) Go to traffic Travis (its free by the way) Go to seo analysis type your keyword in and it will bring up the top 20 spots for that keyword in google. You want to pay attention the following;

Page rank- at least 3 out of top ten should be 2 or less perferrably 0
Backlinks- This is the number of backlinks to the page under 100 is good for the highest one out of 20
Age- 0 is the best these are brand new pages. this isnt as important.
Look to see if they are targetting the keyword in their title H1, H2 tags, and description. these would be marked with a green check mark if they have it.

If your keyword passes all of that check to see if you there is an exact match domain available. I use go daddy.

then start backlinking your website. withint 1 month or two of solid backlinking you should be top 3 and makeing 30-xxx per month if you did everything else right. Make sure you have unique content and dont skip corners.

You can email me at maxzellers2000@yahoo.com or pm if you have any questions. I have Micro niche finder that I can help you find your first keyword.

Prepare a note and jot down the niche that you're interested.

Login to google adwords and use the google keyword tools.
Tick the "Exact" and search the niche you can really write.
Then, enter the keywords into Google and check the ranking of these top 10 sites.
If there are more than 3 website that has less than PR 1.

When everything is done, you can start your work then.
Note: It really base on the top 10 sites rank.
