Adcenter run circles around Google

I was recently banned from advertising on Google Adwords for promoting some registry cleaner software.

About a week later my Adsense account was also banned. I asked them why they'd banned my Adsense account and they told me it was because I "couldn't be trusted" with an Adsense account.

When I asked what they meant by "couldn't be trusted" I received another reply which was from a different Google employee saying they couldn't help me. I found the Google help forum and asked the same question. Later that day I got an "account blocked" message when I tried to access their forum.

I gave up with Google and started to use Adcenter. The help and support you get there is outstanding. They genuinely care about you and answer your questions unlike Google who don't appear to care.

If only Google had the same attitude.

I agree MS adcenter does actually give you help and personal support, but the traffic and sales are much less for me.
