How do you use RSS Feeds?

I've been getting into this business a lot lately and have purchased and learned a few tools that I'm currently using but never bothered to use RSS Feeds to get links indexed because I always built backlinks to backlinks.

I need someone to help me quickly..

What are the steps/programs you use to turn links into rss feeds and what do you use to submit the feeds to rss aggregators?

If you are using wordpress then your rss links are already created automatically just add /feed onto your domain and you will see your rss,you can submit your feed to tons of different directories such as:
RSS feed Directory - Feedage.com

There are tons of them,just search for rss directories on google.

Well I use Magical Article Submitter for submitting mine. This thing is a beast and I love the mass articles it submits. You can just subscribe to someones feed as you probably know. BUt I also use free sites on the side of my software. You can take the URLS of your feed and submit them. The more firepower the better. But what do I know..ll!

RSS feeds are a great way to group your links together so you can drip them out slowly over time. There are numerous sites that'll let you do this (including ours). Pinging the links inside the feeds is important if you want crawls, so be sure to do that.
