How to run a remarketing campaign using Adwords

Hi everyone,

This is my first post on this forum

I set up a remarketing campaign for the company I work for. I added the given by adwords in my goal pages and now I have 4500 members in my list.

My problem is that I don't know how to target those people. I really searched on Google a lot couldn't find any info besides how to set up the campaign. So if you know how to target those people in my list would you share it here?
