Hi Just wondering what the best practice would be for creating a 20+ page amazon page. I know for SEO everything has to be unique content ect and has to get the purchaser in a preselling mind set. But just wondering if any amazon experts would be able to share best practices. Thanks Isaac |

Well, what I would recommend is getting traffic to your site by other means of SEO such as PPC and PPV. Also you could try offline methods and simply putting up posters around your city to try and get people to visit your site. Hope that helps |

Well am not sure what exactly you are asking for. However, what I suggest is that you create each page to target a specific product/product name/product name review. This way, your site will be more targeted towards buyers since people finding your site will be those looking for specific information on specific products. If you need anything specific let us know. Hope that helps. Regards. |

Hi Thanks for the quick reply, But not really looking at a way to get additional traffic more looking at what is the best way to generate unique content for a amazon review site. In a way that search engines would like, and I was wondering if any one what creates amazon reviews site could give me a couple of tips about creating a great site that will promote amazon products. I'm not sure if promoting amazon products with PPC or PPV would be very profitable, or would be hard to be I would think thou I have never tried, with only 4%-8%. But thanks Anyway |

Hi Yesacpow Thats for the response, great advice, but when you are creating the page you wouldn't be able to copy the content because it will be duplicate, so do you manually write the content in your own words? or What I want to know really is there a way for me to quickly get 20 pages created that are unique content and not the same as amazon I have seen a plugin called wp Zon builder, But I think the problem is the duplicate content, because it is just pulling the content from amazon. Do you have an knowledge in this area? Thanks for the response |

Hey, I am not really into amazon (at least not yet) but I really think you need to manually write your reviews if you are looking to make good money from this for the long run. You can use the reviews on amazon to guide you but putting your personal touch will give you are far better result. I recommend you start with a few pages first and test different format. When you find a winning format, you can then create the other pages since you know they will convert. Hope that helps. Quote:

The quickest way to get the content created would be to hire someone else to write it for you. If you're not comfortable writing your own content, which it seems may be the case, just outsource it.

I use WP Zon Builder for sites with cheaper products (under $100). I also add a additional general content articles and additional lines to the descriptions so that there is some unique content on the sites. Be sure to use the option that allows you to spread out the dates of the product posts. I continue to get sales from these sites particularly with the sites using the Gazette theme they provide.

Since I did this my profits have exploded. It takes a bit of hunting around, but I have the time to do this. It is important to set aside time and get the right team. its all about having a good team around you and the rest is history. Without my team backing me up I would be nothing. Also make sure you give them bonuses and rewards. That will take you income to the next level as they will want to work harder for you. Cheers Celente.

I think it would be better to outsource it if you feel not comfort on writing your own reviews. but remember to check it by yourself to make it sure that everything is match with what you want.......

To optimize everything, i think you need to edit the title, permalinks, and tags to give more unique result in search engine, but it will also need more work involved (so it's not 100% autopilot). But it's worth since i also get a lot visitors from PNK instead of just my homepage keyword. PNK converts well ! One that i like from wp-zone builder is it also gives other related products and accessories which could increase your convert rate. I'm absolutely agree with you to add another content articles to give more relevancy on your homepage keyword, so make it easier to rank high. You won't get anything when you do nothing.

I personally have not had much success with plugins. I use unique content myself and it works extrememly well for me. For a 20 page website I would select 4 products to review/promote and put 5 articles behind each review to help build it up in the SERPS. I prefer a static page as the front page and link to each review from there. Link the articles to the reviews. I have had most success with 1,000 word reviews over 400 word reviews. My articles are 400-500 words. Let the visitor know that they will be going to Amazon. Full disclosure. Make your site look like an ecommerce site as opposed to a salesy website. There is a difference. You want the visitor to have confidence that he has landed on a page which will give them the info they need before they buy. Whack up a graphic of an Amazon button and credit cards and tell them that you use Amazon as your preferred payment gateway and to handle customer service. Having a generic article with a sly link in there just does not work for me Once again, plugins do not work that well for me ![]() Good luck |

If you want to build a 20-page site then I would create a mix of articles and product reviews. Building authority sites do much better in my experience than the one/two page product review sites. If you can blog regularly and build a reader base then you have an audience ready and waiting to buy the products you review as well as any newcomers who find your site via Google.

what is the best and easiest theme for a newbie to use? I was considering socrates, or the affiliate theme. I'm looking for a theme that's not necessarily a review type theme.

The best way is to write the 20 reviews yourself. Too many jump to outsourcing when they have never even done it themselves yet! If you've done a couple on your own already, then outsource it. You can get reviews for $5 on odesk.com.
