Link exchange info please

Hi guys... can someone give me a brief explantation of link exchanges, how to find them etc...

I've read bits and pieces here and there, and seen the odd post, do your sites need to be pr1 or higher for people to be bothered?

My sites are pretty new, and are pr 0's... so, can I still utilize link exchanges?

thedog, The link exchanges is not the only way to increase your PR. Google bot observes a page from 200 different secret angles to determine its PR. This is not liked by google and other SEs as well. You can use other white hat techniques to promote your site. Try to rise slowly and continuously as there is a universal truth "Slow and steady wins the race".
