| you're saying that you're clicking on your own links and it's taking you elsewhere? If so.. check your own website... I'd be looking at the .htaccess file.

I'm not an expert and I didn't see you mention it but, are you running an up to date antivirus, or have any adware software? If not start there. Post up how far in the fixing stage your at. Joe |

| I had this same problem, tried for a long time to get rid of it with various programs - nothing worked except combofix from bleeping computer. It is a very powerful program so be careful. Just follow the instructions EXACTLY and it will sort it out for you. I now run it twice a month just in case, alongside all of my other av software etc.

I second bleepingcomputer . com. They have saved my bacon more than once. Are you running a good (Norton...arguable) antivirus program? I've been screwed before running norton but nothing...nothing is bullet proof. Good luck with cleaning things up!!

Sounds like you have the google redirect virus. Have you scanned your computer with an anti virus? I use eset and it's pretty good. Maybe this will help you. http://www.ehow.com/how_5842581_remo...ect-virus.html Will |

It's Adware. Only way to get rid of it is with something like Norton Antivirus. Had this issue about 6 months ago - |
