I can't answer as to whether you're allowed to or not (You could try placing your question at the Google AdSense forums) it seems to me that it's outside the spirit of the program. With the placement you've shown, you're encouraging "accidental" clicks which would not be what the advertiser would prefer, right? A good way to think of it is to pretend you're on the advertisers side of the issue...would you want your clicks coming from that or would you not like it because you received a bunch of accidental clicks? Placing your ads in prominent positions as to encourage the user to click is good and accepted. Placing the ads in placement that will have people accidentally clicking them is, in general, not good. |

Those clicks not targeted to google or to advertiser. That is general knowledge. But there are so many sites with adsesnse around the buy now button. You can use google won't find but anyone can complain about that.
