Hey guys, want to just poll the better internet marketers today. How long did it take you get to the point of getting $1/day? I'm just really curious. Reading the forums I hear that it is really hard to get to this point. Sometimes I hear <6 months and sometimes I hear >year. So how long has it taken YOU to reach this point?

I hit $1 a day with my first adsense site within 30 days. That was quite some time ago though.

Here is a simple step by step:

Pick a keyword with at least 1500 exact match searcher per mth
Forget the B.S about # of competing sites
Look for product related keywords
Add 1 page of content per day for 5 days targeting first your main keyword and then LSI keywords
Wait a week
Add adsense
Promote your site (seo)

Following this same blueprint I can normally expect $1 per day per site I build.

1 month. Basically the amount of time to rank my first site. Once you hit 1$ though its a big milestone because from there all you have to do is rinse and repeat.

4 Months

I started in January and made no money at all. Still no money in Feb. In march I made $15. In April I made $43.

Just getting the first sale is the hardest part. After that I found that I got to a dollar a day without doing any more work at all.

it depends on various factors:-

1- the keyword you are targeting.
2- the seo work which you have done.
3- the competition of the keyword.

For my first site this took a couple of months, but if you follow some of the techniques mentioned on this forum and target the right keyword it can be done much sooner.
