Default Anyone use SEO and PCC on the same term? CTR's?

Hey does anyone utilise SEO and PPC on the same term?

I.e. Ranked 2nd on SEO and for PPC you come out 1st in the sponsored results.

What is the respective traffic like these days?

The studies I found on click through rates are years old and with Google forever adding more options to Adwords customers and photo adwords ads becoming more and more normal, I would of thought the traditional opinion/thoughts of Organic Serp no.1 result receiving around 40-50% of traffic and position 2 receiving around 10% of traffic would be quite substantially subject to change now??

Any thoughts?

Yes, PPC and SEO can work together, WE can use PPC at initial stages and when you get rank from those keyword then start seo.

So once you hit 1st page you stop PPC then?

Have you got any data from say when you were using SEO and PPC and equivalent click throughs etc? I would like to have an actual example of PPC v SEO and not just a click through study from AOL or whoever which was published years ago.

Why would you want to stop PPC once your organic listing is page #1?

There is definitely a synergy from having your web page listed in both the sponsored listings as well as the organic. PPC adverting is usually more profitable and your organic listing CTR tends to increase at the same time. More profits is more profits!

Use them together. It is good for branding and reassurance that your name is in the sponsored listing and at the top of the natural. your natural CTR might drop if you stop PPC but of course so will your spend.
