How the hell can this site rank?

I have no idea how this site can rank for "Skin disease" and have PR 3. The articles are pure crap.

Searches: 90.500

Yeah specially when the competition on the same niche isn't that hard.

Its grammar is simply erratic and I wouldn't really finish reading it if I we're a visitor. I guess, with good SEO work methods you can get a higher rank with this kind of content. Maybe we should make a comparison of this to other sites just to check it out.

Because despite what Google wants you to think, robots can't read articles and content aside from duplicate is impossible to judge.

I don't see that site in the top 200 in Google for "skin disease", they must have gotten slapped.

Where do people get the time to do these comparisons?

Why do people think that a site should or should not rank based
on their laundry list? If it were only that easy.

If you follow a formula, there's no guarantee that you will rank.

If you don't follow a formula, there's no guarantee that you will NOT rank.

People who post threads asking why this or that site ranks, are
obviously suffering from ranking envy and just can't believe that
google does not love them like they love someone else. They
deserve it, right?

Why can't you believe the PR? PR is based on links, not content.

Crappy human articles does not mean crappy rankings. Never has,
never will.

Just look at wikipedia and icanhascheezburger!

1) OP, owns the site & is spamming this forum for backlinks.

2) OP, needs to clear his browser history, since that site isn't even in the top 100 for that keyword.
