Default Longtail KWP Ranking Question??

Ok - is it POSSIBLE to rank for a longtail keyword phrase by making it the title of your blog post for your blog site and creating the content around the KWP. Then, once the article is indexed on your blog - submit it to other article directories for backlink juice, plus submit the link to that particular blogpost as a subdomain into all the major directories? Would this help you to rank in the top results for that particular longtail keyword phrase related to your niche?

For example if your niche was selling cheesecake online, is it possible to rank for 'how to buy delicious raspberry cheesecake online" by following the above method?

Thanks so much!

yes the title of posts on a blog( or any site ) is the most important on site keyword element(The title). it is as to books in a library on the shelf. Your blog is shelf and each post has a title as each book on the shelf is a title.

You want to be careful, don't be to spammy.

yes this is correct, as I mentioned in my other post it's all about site theme. If your site is strong for the theme "cheesecake online" you will be able to deploy and rank for longtail terms such as the example you stated. this is easy to do with a blog so long as you pay attention to your titles and keep your site theme solid.

Yes, that's fine but you'll still need to do some backlinking to get where the traffic is.

yes. this should work. you have to get backlinks for the targeted keyphrase and make sure you use it in your anchore text on dofollow, related (relative high PR preferably) sites and you'll be on page 1 i can promise.
