I need contributors and moderators for my forum

I created forum on topic of search engine optimization and all Blogging related matters.
Now i need some real members not bots who can contribute to my blogger forum and some moderators also who can ban bots posting useless content and spamming useless links.
I also need some suggestions to Improve my forum.
will anybody here gonna help me do this by joining?

i think there are so many things you need to improve in your forum; the header images, the tagline, etc. and traffic won't come easy. you know seo i suppose, you may also have to pay bucks to get your forum kicking.

if you do all that and it's time for you to get mods, you won't have to ask. people will beg to join your staff.

starting and managing a forum is not easy...you got to have some balls and passion. if you're in it for the money, forget about succeeding, unless you have much money to invest.

Will anybody help you by joining? I doubt that. It need not be said that you need a lot of work regarding your traffic. Not to mention content. As for those people that you want to help you in posting in your forums, no one will unless you pay them. That's the straight answer that you need to hear. It's just like paying for article writers and you really need to invest some bucks for this.

I started forum for earning few bucks a month but now i learnt that I just want to make a good community of Good Bloggers.
So today i am going to remove the adhitz advertisement from my Forum.
Yup I know seo but at this time I am not having that much money to drive tons of traffic to my forum.
