... that you video is popular, and that you can apply for partnership for that video? So far its asked me that about this crappy video of mine and the application was successful for this vid: But that video offers no value, it is spammy because of that. This video actually gives you some information and a demonstration, yet I didn't receive an alert that this video is popular even though it has way more views than the above one: |

I doubt anyone has asked this before, can someone give a shot at answering. It would be a hard thing to look up (to see if someone has asked this before) for obvious reasons. |
