Hello, I've had 2 different companies do link building campaigns for me and one company would use www(dot)mywebsite(dot)com as the link in the anchor text and the other company would drop the 'www' and would just use mywebsite(dot)com. Is one better to use than the other? Does it matter? Thanks, Jeff |

I prefer www(dot)mywebsite(dot)com because it is natural and also complete url recognizes most by the search engine.

If you have a 301 redirect in place it should not matter. Personally I stick with the full URL all the time because I figure something will go wrong somewhere sometime.
