SEO - Is title post with all capitalize letters ok?

Hi,

Is it okey to make the title of each post/first line of a website with only CAPITIALIZED letters, or is this bad for SEO? All the other text are typed with normal standards of writing. Doing it beacuse it looks better with the design of my website.

Example:
Post title: IS IT OKEY TO USE ONLY CAPITIALIZED LETTERS?
Text: Yes is`t fine to do all letters captitiliazed in the title and it wont harm your seo.
