Link Pushing Help

Since I had 2 keywords get trashed because of a Fiverr gig I bought for both, this is how I know it was from that, I went from being #9 to being #667 for one keyword and disappeared for the other keyword.

I am now going to do things on my own but I don't have the money to investing in the link pushing system so I am doing it myself. I need some help though. What I need is a list of FREE web 2.0 sites and Auto Approved Article Sites.

Here is what I have for Web 2.0 sites:

WordPress.com
Tumblr
Blog.com
Blogger: Dashboard
LiveJournal
Open Diary
Squidoo
HubPages
Yahoo Blog
Aeonity Blog Community
Webs - 5
Jigsy

I need 25 web 2.0 sites and they need to be free. Anyone know of anymore?

I really don't have any auto approved article sites, does anyone have a list for about 20 of these?

Also, what are micro blogs? Can I do that for free too and if so do you have links?
