Problem with adverts displayed by Adsense

Hi,

On my site on kitchen accessories I have articles etc on kitchen decor and product reviews (Amazon).

However on my adsense all that's displaying is kitchen planning,new kitchens etc.

Is there any way to tailor what is shown in adsense?

I would be thrilled if anybady could spare a moment to take a look at this site and give me some feedback on adsense placement etc

does the site aged for long time and your ads as well? In some case, in just a few days adsenes will not show you the exact targedted ads yet but they will

Site's about 1 month old, when I set it up I wrote 10 pages before adding adsense...

Adding content and backlinks daily.

Made $2.04 last night through adsense

And I noticed one ad today showing a Toaster!

Is there a way to make adsense more targetted?

Sorry if this is a basic question, but I've had a look at the google tutorials and can't seem to find anything.
